2020 Chapter Officers
Kappa Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, is grateful that you have taken the time to browse our website in an effort to learn important information about the captivating and courageous members of our chapter and our programs. We realize that your support is critical to the success of our efforts in impacting the communities we serve. We encourage you to continue to help us by partnering with our chapter to bring about positive social change through our fundraising activities and monitoring this site for announcements relative to our extraordinary programs and public events.
We maintain a Culturama Pearl Group (Girls grades 6-12), and have implemented the Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) programs. We support various health initiatives relative to asthma, breast cancer, sickle cell disease, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease and mental illness, etc. Additionally, we support community charities through direct contributions of cash, toiletries, luggage, shoes, blankets, canned goods, cell phones, school supplies, prom dresses, school uniforms and coats. We are an adopter for Jerry Lee Faine Elementary School, Dothan, Alabama, and we have granted thousands of dollars in scholarships for high school seniors in wiregrass high schools.
On behalf of our entire chapter, welcome to our website!
